Story Book about Robotics for Children

As a team, in order to create curiosity in young minds, we decided to write a children's story. We translated the story to different languages and distributed the book as much as we could.

Collaboration with High School Science Club

High School Science which is a mainly student-run endeavour with rural schools being unable to offer laboratory facilities, children from a nearby rural school, Kule School, come every week and students from MUWCI help them to cover the syllabus.

School of Leadership - Afghanistan (SOLA)

We had the great fortune of having with us on campus intelligent women from School of Leadership Afghanistan (SOLA), the only boarding school for girls in Afghanistan. We gave a presentation, first explaining where we come from and why we chose to be a part of this team.

Collaboration with the Night School Initiative

Five days of the week, some students work with the support staff on campus to teach those who are interested to learn English. We, the robotics team members, also spent some time with this group of people and talked to them about the robot.

Session with Self-Help Group in Khubavali Village

We, initiated a project regarding women empowerment through technology literacy. We created a curriculum to teach women in Khubavali villages, Pune how to use technology efficiently as well as develop basic skills that are beneficial to them, focusing on financial literacy.

A session with Swami Vivekananda school based in Asde Village

A few members of the MUWCI TechRaiders went to a nearby school to give a talk about the robot we worked on. We interacted with students. The session went great.
